What about Fractional Charges?

A few years later, other experimental physicists scattered neutrinos off protons and neutrons and studied the collision rate. Neutrinos are extremely light particles that have weak interactions but not electromagnetic interactions. The comparison of the rate for neutrino scattering versus that for electron scattering, provided strong evidence for fractional charge.
