Disclaimer:
The symbol with a red cross on a white background, the inverted Swiss flag, is used by most countries. The crescent is used in some Muslim countries. Since this educational game was made in 2005, The Red Cross organisation has adopted a third symbol – a red "diamond" on a white background, used by Israel.
